Set your sights on March 2023.

The zombie game The Day Before has looked really cool in their trailers – so cool that some actually question whether it’s a real game. We simply have to wait and see, but unfortunately it is clear that the wait will be longer than planned.

Via IGN says developer Fntastic that they have the great pleasure of announcing that they will switch to Unreal Engine 5, which will make the game mechanics even more amazing. The other side of the coin, however, is that it means that the game will be postponed until March 1, 2023, instead of being released on June 12 as planned.

Fntastic is a pretty unproven studio that so far has just released the game Propnight. It has admittedly received an okay reception, but The Day Before is on a completely different level of ambition. It will offer an open gaming world that includes both rural and one The Division-smelling big city. In addition, you should be able to drive vehicles, and the whole race is run online with other players.
