In fact, about 39 percent of people in a recent Ipsos poll said they have dated someone with an age difference of 10 or more years. The poll was done on behalf of Cougar Life and looked at the dating habits involving older women and men — who can be called “cougars” or “DILFs.” Men were more likely to have dated someone 10 years younger than woman, at 25 percent to 14 percent.
