About 577 seconds later, the Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft was successfully separated from the rocket and entered the predetermined orbit. The three astronauts Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Cai Xuzhe were successfully sent into space. The flight crew was in good condition and the launch was a complete success!

This is the 23rd flight mission since the establishment of my country’s manned spaceflight project and the 3rd manned flight mission in the space station phase. After the spacecraft enters orbit, it will conduct autonomous and rapid rendezvous and docking with the space station assembly according to the predetermined procedure. In the follow-up, the astronauts will be stationed in the Tianhe core module to start a 6-month on-orbit residency, and carry out the maintenance and care of the space station platform, the operation of the robotic arm, the exit activities, and the transfer of the module, as well as space science experiments and technical tests.

At present, the space station assembly has entered the docking orbit and is in good condition, meeting the mission requirements for rendezvous and docking with Shenzhou 14 and the conditions for astronauts to be stationed.

IT House learned that the flight crew of the Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft consists of astronauts Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Cai Xuzhe, with Chen Dong as the commander. Among them, Chen Dong participated in the Shenzhou 11 manned flight mission, Liu Yang participated in the Shenzhou 9 manned flight mission, and Cai Xuzhe flew for the first time. At present, the Long March 2 F Yao 14 rocket carrying out this launch mission is about to start propellant refueling.

The Shenzhou 14 manned mission is the second mission in the construction phase of the space station and the first manned mission in this phase. The astronaut crew will work and live in orbit for 6 months. The main purpose of the mission is to cooperate with the Wentian experimental module. , The rendezvous, docking and repositioning of the Mengtian experimental module and the core module, completing the orbital assembly and construction of the China Space Station; completing the installation and commissioning of the equipment inside and outside the space station and related facilities and equipment for space application tasks; carrying out space science experiments and technical experiments; Maintenance and other related work.

According to the plan, after the Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft enters orbit, it will adopt an independent rapid rendezvous and docking mode, docking at the radial port of the Tianhe core module, and forming with the Tianhe core module and the Tianzhou-3 and Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft. combination.
