IT House news on May 5th, at noon today, JD.com issued a voluntary announcement in response to the relevant status of the “Foreign Company Accountability Act”, saying that after the company submitted its annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 Form 20-F ,The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) added the company to its HFCAA-based designation list on May 4, New York time.
