Vine & Oak Tavern, an upscale restaurant in downtown Cranford, opened to the public April 25. Located at 100 South Avenue E., the new restaurant occupies a 5,000-square-foot building that formerly housed a Wells Fargo branch. The building’s interior has been redesigned with a modern look, resembling the vibe and decor of an upscale New York eatery.
