MANILA, Philippines — The measure reapportioning Agusan del Norte into two legislative districts was among the 12 local laws President Duterte enacted last month. Republic Act 11714 reapportions the province into the lone legislative district of Butuan and the legislative district of Agusan del Norte. Agusan del Norte will consist of Cabadbaran City and the towns of Las Nieves, Buenavista, Carmen, Jabonga, Kitcharao, Magallanes, Nasipit, Remedios T. Romualdez, Santiago and Tubay.
