Earlier today showed the game journalist Nils Ahrensmeier posted pictures of the different versions of this autumn’s Firaxis strategy, Marvel’s Midnight Suns. Perhaps more interesting than the three versions – Standard, Enhanced, Legendary – was the fact that the date loomed: 6 October.
The images have since been removed – for copyright reasons. Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation. Midnight Suns would have been released in March, but was delayed until the second half of 2022. If the October date is correct, it will be released on Xcom-like the Marvel strategy during the high season for gaming.
Firaxis has previously described the game as “a dream project”featuring Iron Man, Wolverine, Captain America, Ghost Rider, Blade, and more “Fallen Versions of Famous Marvel Characters”.
