Estonia’s governing coalition has collapsed in the wake of a row over social welfare policy, leaving Prime Minister Kaja Kallas searching for a new government partner. The country has been governed by an alliance of the Kallas’ liberal Reform Party and the left-leaning Centre Party since January 2021.
