The people from The Verge have spent some time with Amazon’s Alexa robot Astro and are trying to share their opinions in the clip above. What they like is that this cute robot is good at navigating the floor and manages to avoid various objects. It is also good for acting as a surveillance camera and keeping track of your pets when you are not at home.
What they did not like, however, was that you need a subscription to access some of the more sensible features and that it is actually far too expensive ($ 1,450) for what you get.
