IT House May 3 news, according to onMSFT reports, you may already know,Microsoft will stop supporting Internet Explorer on June 15 this year. Some users have transitioned to Microsoft Edge or a third-party browser, and it’s now easier to set it as the default browser in Windows 11.
Once again, Microsoft has come out and begged users to make the transition before they stop supporting IE. And set your own deactivation date instead of waiting for the actual deactivation date.
Through a blog post, Microsoft provides a detailed account through which users can achieve the same:

Make sure IE mode is set: Microsoft encourages organizations to set up and test IE mode and use sites identified as IE-dependent. This will help identify any compatibility issues you may face after IE is retired.

Set your IE retirement date to an organization: Once you as an organization are confident that you are ready to use IE mode more widely, you can set a date to disable IE policy.

Let users import their data: If you’ve got everything set up, it’s time to notify users of the change. Microsoft provides resources to aid in the transition, such as end-user adoption after IE is retired.
Microsoft has gone ahead and recommended Microsoft Edge, which will help provide the best experience for users. Microsoft has updated the browser’s IE mode to facilitate this expected change. “To easily import data, users can copy and paste edge://settings/importData into the Microsoft Edge address bar and select “Microsoft Internet Explorer” from the options under “Import from…”. These steps also include Retiring End User Adoption Resource Email Series in IE.”
