A possible Radeon RDNA2 refresh has been rumored for a long time. AMD hasn’t announced anything yet, but two international dealers are already showing advertisements for the alleged AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6650 XT cards.

While AMD is still keeping a low profile on the possible Radeon RDNA2 refresh, according to two international retailers, things could go quite quickly. An RDNA2 refresh has been rumored for some time. The renewed graphics cards Radeon RX 6900 XT, 6700 XT and 6600 XT are said to be available on April 20th. Now the new maps are to be published on May 10th.

Canadian and French dealers list renewed cards

A Canadian dealer had recently pointed out the rumored RX 6650 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6950 XT cards with advertising banners. The banner also seems to have confirmed an earlier leak by colleagues from Videocardz, who published a reference design of the cards some time ago.

After the Canadian ad, a refresh notice also appeared at a French retailer. French retailer PlanetCommerce21 advertised two ASUS graphics cards from AMD’s latest line as “in stock” in its shop. The trader states that he offers his goods for sale at the lowest available prices. However, the prices for the offered RX 6650 XT and RX 6750 XT cards seem much higher than expected. The cards are listed in the shop for 600 or 930 US dollars.

The renewed cards are said to be not alternative models of the RX 6900 XT, 6700 XT and 6600 XT cards. According to a rumor, AMD’s board partners will focus more on manufacturing the updated RDNA2 models RX 6650 XT, 6750 XT and 6950 XT. The older card models would thus effectively be phased out and disappear from the market over time.
