The revised new version of Resident 4 is de facto on the way, and it will be released tentatively on March 24, 2023. Resident Evil 4 is one of the most influential games in an already influential franchise. The game was initially released for the Nintendo Gamecube in 2005 and was then ported to almost every possible platform out there. The game scores 96 out of 100 on Metacritic and is considered by many to be the best in the survival horror genre ever.
In “RE 4”, we control the police Leon S Kennedy, who most recently appeared in the phenomenal new version of Resident Evil 2. The scene is a remote village in the Spanish countryside, where the traces of the US president’s kidnapped daughter lead for some mysterious reason. Compared to Resident Evil 1-3, this is a considerably more action-packed story, and the original game broke new ground in several ways as it went.
