Charles “Chuck” Daly, a much-beloved tattoo artist, musician and DJ in Jersey City, passed away March 13 at age 43. Chuck’s many friends will honor him with this weekend with a number of tributes, including a memorial concert at Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on Friday, June 3, which will include performances by the seminal JC rock band Rye Coalition and a group of friends and ex-bandmates who will pay tribute to Chuck’s many contributions to the local music scene.
