A second consecutive rainy, windy afternoon and evening is in the forecast for the New Jersey on Thursday, with the southern counties the primary target for severe thunderstorms after North Jersey got slammed by storms Wednesday night. Damaging winds, flash flooding and large hail are all possible Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
