By Matt Hladik The Golden State Warriors rallied to beat the Memphis Grizzlies in the first game of their playoff series this afternoon despite losing Draymond Green to an ejection. Green was assessed a Flagrant 2 and tossed from the game during the second quarter of Sunday’s 117-116 win. The four-time All-Star grabbed the Grizzlies’ Brandon Clarke’s jersey as he went up for a layup. Green had actually swiped Clarke across the face before he grabbed his jersey, but he also appeared to try to brace the young forward’s fall.
