The Cowboys lost a couple of key players this offseason, trading Amari Cooper to the Browns while Randy Gregory left for the Broncos in free agency, but Jones remains high on his team heading into the 2022 season. Dallas is a family affair, after all, with Jones’ son, Stephen, playing a major role in the front office. Jones’ other children also have jobs within the Cowboys’ organization.
