Anno 1800 gets that Updated 14.1: The new patch is available from the 3 May as a download ready. In a recent blog post, the developers say the update will be available tomorrow at 2 p.m. The patch notes are already known: In addition to balancing adjustments, bug fixes are also on the agenda. The developers are thus fixing errors that crept in with update 14.0, which was released together with the start of Season 4 in mid-April.
balancing adjustments
With the 14.1 update, the developers are reducing the Production time of the fertilizer plant from five minutes to 30 seconds, while Base Camp is increased from 1 to 5. After the patch download, it should no longer happen on Intel Core i9-10980XE CPUs that Anno 1800 does not start and gets stuck in a black screen. In addition, Ubisoft Mainz creates an error from the game world that caused a game crash if all ships were selected when selecting a ship for an expedition.
Update 14.1 for Anno 1800: bug fixes
Furthermore, it should no longer happen that all achievements are unlocked immediately when Anno 1800 (buy now €18.00 /€17.99 ) will start after the release of the Seed of Hope DLC. “This will prevent the issue from occurring for players who haven’t launched the game since GU 14. We are working on a fix to fix it retrospectively for users already affected, but this will take a little longer and will be addressed in a future update fixed,” the developers add. You can find out which bug fixes the Anno 1800 Update 14.1 also has in the patch notes on the Anno website at this link.
