A group has filed an ethics complaint against Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-North Carolina) alleging that the controversial politician has an inappropriate relationship with one of his staff members, Stephen Smith. The group has footage of Smith touching Cawthorn’s crotch as the two spoke in sexual innuendos to each other. Cawthorn is further alleged to have provided Smith with free housing, travel and gifts which is against the House rules.
