After the satellites entered the orbit, they were in good condition, and the telemetry data were normal.

At 22:00 on April 30, the satellite ground receiving stations located in Guangzhou and Urumqi successfully received the first images returned by Siwei Gaojing-1 01 and 02 satellites respectively.The objects in the image have clear texture details, true colors and rich layers. The sky-earth link and ground system are running stably, and the satellite has entered the in-orbit test phase.

Compared with the similar optical remote sensing satellites launched before, the diameter of the optical lens has been further increased, and the photosensitive pixels have also been replaced from traditional TDI CCDs to the most advanced CMOS devices. , the signal-to-noise ratio and detail resolution capabilities of satellite images have been further improved, and the imaging quality of domestic commercial optical remote sensing satellites has reached a new height.

Siwei Gaojing-1 01 and 02 satellites are the first satellites of China Siwei’s new-generation commercial remote sensing satellite system. The system will be fully completed in 2025. The space segment plans to launch a total of 28 satellites of “16+4+8”, including: 16 One 0.5-meter-resolution optical satellite, four 0.7-meter-resolution wide-format optical satellites, and eight 1-meter-resolution SAR satellites, synchronously build a matching “four-dimensional cloud”-based ground segment (including measurement and control, reception, processing, and application) . In the future, it can be expanded to 56 satellites according to market development.

After the completion of the new-generation commercial remote sensing satellite system of China Siwei, it will have a high revisit capability of 25 times a day around the world, a high acquisition capability with a daily acquisition area of ​​more than 30 million square kilometers, and an emergency delivery capability within 2 hours.
