While in the corresponding Sunday question from 2021 46 percent of the participants stated that they did not have any social media accounts, in the new survey it was only 29 percent. If you summarize the individual options and possible combinations in the survey, the following picture results:

  • Reddit 8.5%

Tik Tok continues to be a hardly relevant platform among the survey participants. Twitter has roughly held its share, while Facebook’s share has more than halved. Instagram and Reddit also lost a few percent. Discord, which was not available last year, secured second place, albeit with a clear gap to Twitter and little room for Facebook and Instagram.

Some avoid social media, others can spend a long time scrolling through their feeds. With this Sunday question we would like to get an idea of ​​your social media activity once again.

Since our survey tool does not allow multiple answers, we have also included various combinations as answer options. This allows you to choose the option that best suits your social media habits. For example, if you check Twitter every day, but also visit Reddit very regularly, log in the “Twitter & Reddit” option.

You can vote for the Sunday question until Monday at 09:00 – if you change your mind, you can still log in another answer until then.
