Last month, Mozilla announced a redesign of Mozilla Developer Network (MDN) and formalized a premium version MDN Plus. First introduced in the United States and Canada, MDN Plus is now available in 16 new countries including France, Belgium and Switzerland.

An extensive resource for web developers, the Mozilla Developer Network (MDN) for many years or later MDN Web Docs has recently undergone an overhaul. It also paves the way for DND More which is chargeable.

Introduced as a subscription-based premium service, MDN Plus has launched in the United States and Canada for the time being. Over the next few months, it will be open to other countries including France, Belgium and Switzerland.

Compared to the free offer which remains accessible without change at this level, the purpose for MDN Plus is to provide a personalized experience via additional features. A Firefox Account is required.

To financially support MDN

Collections include ways to save articles, add notes, and keep track of frequently viewed pages. With Notifications, it’s a notification system to follow pages and be alerted to changes in content. MDN Offline relies on a Progressive Web App for offline access.

MDN Plus is $5 or $10 per month ($50 or $100 per year) for premium features with no limitations. The $10 subscription adds early access to future features and the ability to chat with the MDN team.
