Less than a week away from the start of WWDC 2022, Apple has continued its augmented reality Easter egg tradition by listing the keynote on the events landing page. The latest AR surprise includes a set of virtual cards that you can open to reveal a dedicated Memoji maker.

Apple first started its AR Easter egg tradition with the launch of the Apple Watch Series 6 and iPad, and then with the launch of the iPhone 12. It continued with the M1 Mac event, Spring Loaded 2021, September iPhone 13 event, Unleashed event, and this year’s Peek event.

Right before the WWDC 2022 keynote scheduled for June 6th, Apple unveiled its latest AR Easter Egg. To view it, go to the Apple Events web page on your iPhone or iPad and tap the Memoji at the top.

You will see a virtual pack of cards with the phrase “Encode, Encode All”. If you tap on the pack, it will open and you’ll see several Memoji cards that match the colorful animated developer theme that Apple used for WWDC 2022.

You can also click on each card to reveal the reverse side with a different animation for each character.

The augmented reality interface also includes a link to add the WWDC22 keynote to your calendar.
