3. Motor vehicles resume traffic. The implementation of the electronic vehicle pass system will be terminated, and cruise taxis and online car-hailing will resume normal operation; except for medium and high-risk areas, closed and controlled areas, and control areas, private cars and unit vehicles will travel normally. For those who drive motor vehicles to enter and exit city crossings, the existing regulations shall be enforced.
From 0:00 on June 1, those who enter public places with clear epidemic prevention requirements and take public transportation must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.
