Aliens: Dark Descent: New Aliens action game announced for PC and consoles

The development studio Tindalos Interactive is responsible for the development of the new offshoot of the series. According to the two companies, Aliens: Dark Descent will be a squad-based, single-player action title that will offer an all-new Aline story. You lead a team of marines in real-time battles against the deadly creatures while completing a reconnaissance mission on the planet Lethe.

The developers promise to capture the spirit of the franchise properly, but also infuse their love for CRPG games with appropriate influences into the action title.
