Despite popular notions saying that drinking coffee is bad for your health, it turns out the opposite is true, according to a recent study. The latest study published Monday in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that coffee drinkers had a lower risk of death. Out of about 171,000 people in the U.K. as part of the study who drank 1.5-3.5 cups of coffee with or without sugar for seven years, all of them had a lower risk of death than non-coffee drinkers. People who drank unsweetened coffee had a 16-21% less chance of dying during the study period than people who did not drink coffee at all. “…
