The standard stipulates the basic process of publishing activities of digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools, puts forward quality requirements for digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools, gives the testing process and testing methods, and proposes an overall plan that is compatible with the education and publishing fields. The implementation of this standard will provide a reference basis for publishers to ensure the quality of digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools, lay a technical foundation for the large-scale publication and dissemination of digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools, and play a supporting role in the follow-up governance of digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools. It will come into effect on November 1, 2022. It is understood that, different from general digital education publishing products, GB/T41471-2022 lists three special links in the publishing process of digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools, including prototype development and verification, application for logos, review and approval. Among them, prototype development and verification is an important guarantee link between the design of the topic selection framework and the development practice. Based on the prototype, the technology and application are objectively analyzed and evaluated.
