(Reuters) -The number of births in the United States grew 1% in 2021 from a pandemic low in 2020, marking the first increase since 2014, according to a report by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The report said 3,659,289 babies were born last year, with the increase driven by women between 25 and 49 years.
