By David Wetzel New York (Knewz) — A housing market slowdown is expected for the second and third quarters of 2022, according to Fannie Mae. Fannie Mae’s Economic and Strategic Research (ESR) Group also predicts construction activity to slow as well as a large deceleration in home prices. Home prices had been rising in the last five months faster than any period since 1981.
