Three people have been arrested in New Delhi on suspicion of failing to follow safety rules after at least 27 people were killed in a major fire at a building in the city. The owner of the building was detained after multiple raids on Sunday morning. Police arrested the other two suspects on Saturday. Of the 27 people who died in Friday’s blaze, only eight could be identified as the bodies were burned beyond recognition.
