Pixel Watch is small, flexible and nicely rounded with, of course, Google’s Wear OS. The watch will not be released until this autumn together with Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. Google promises to be improved and more responsive and to have the Google Assistant integrated. Other apps that will come include the newly launched Google Wallet and Google Home app so you can control your smart home, speakers and more directly from the watch. We were told that the watch has continuous heart rate measurement and sleep measurement.
Pixel Watch promised a fast responsive interface, Google Maps and Google Wallet, as well as training, health and sleep measurement thanks to deep integration with Fitbit.
Perhaps most importantly, Google confirmed deep integration with Fitbit’s services, something that comes first to the Pixel Watch and that we have not seen before in Wear OS.
The clock is coming out this fall, but Google did not say exactly what date. Only that it comes at the same time as the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. We were also not told if these products will surely come to Sweden, or primarily only to other countries, but Google promised more information in the coming months.
