You are probably aware that Overwatch 2 is currently in beta phase. This will end, moreover, on May 17th. The developers at Blizzard are taking advantage of this version of the software to collect the first feedback from players. Moreover, the studio has just deployed a new updatebringing fixes and changes.

Without further ado, discover an overview of the patch notes in French of this update of May 6on the beta of Overwatch 2.

Bug fixes

General

  • Fixed an issue with displaying the “Thanks for reporting” message.
  • Fixed an issue with the display of names in the friends list appearing in alphabetical order regardless of game state.
  • Fixed an issue with displaying heroes that kill themselves in the kill stream.
  • Fixed an issue with health packs that could run out of timer.
  • Fixed an issue with Reaper auto-selection.
  • Fixed an issue with the color displayed for the control progress bar.
  • Several adjustments to sound volume and mixing.
  • Fixes for several crashes/crashes.

Hero

  • Wrecking-Ball
    • Fixed an issue with Wrecking Ball causing bugs to other players.
  • Doomfist
    • Fixed an issue with melee attacks not dealing damage to Doomfist during Power Block.
  • Roadhog
    • Fixed an issue with Roadhog hook cooldown.
    • Fixed an issue with Roadhog’s Scrap Gun.
  • Soldier 76
    • Fixed an issue with Soldier 76’s rifle.
    • Fixed an issue with the UI display when Soldier 76 is wearing an Ugly Sweater skin.
  • Symmetra
    • Fixed an issue with using turrets.
  • Hanzo
    • Fixed an issue with the display of the White Wolf hanzi skin.
  • Brigitte
    • Fixed an issue with Brigitte’s shield not blocking damage from above.
  • Anna
    • Fixed a damage reduction issue when using Nano Boost on Doomfist.
  • lucio
    • Fixed an issue blocking and not recharging Sonic Amplifier.

In addition, note that several balancing and changes have been made to the different characters of Overwatch 2. You can become aware of this thanks to the recent post from the Blizzard studio, concerning this new update.

Regarding the release ofOverwatch 2we have no specific release date, but we should welcome it in 2022. The title should make itself, then, available on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
