Like every Thursday, today there is another major update to NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW game streaming service. The streaming level is sometimes noticeably raised, and there are a number of new game titles that are now included.
If you have a GeForce NOW membership via RTX 3080, you can now look forward to an improvement in the streaming experience. Up to 4K resolutions at 60 frames per second are now supported on PC and Mac, as NVIDIA confirmed today. Leveraging NVIDIA DLSS in the cloud, 4K streaming is enhanced with a new AI rendering technology that boosts graphics performance accordingly through dedicated Tensor Core AI processors on RTX GPUs.
But that’s not all, because RTX 3080 members can also stream on 120Hz devices at 120 fps. Among others, the Samsung Galaxy S22, the S22 Ultra, the Galaxy Z Fold 3, the Flip3 and the OnePlus 9 Pro are supported.
Detached from the technical innovations, there will also be new supplies on the games front just in time for Thursday, with the well-known sci-fi franchise also being in focus after yesterday’s Star Wars Day. Three other Star Wars titles from EA can be played via NVIDIA’s game streaming service.
