With Overwatch 2, Diablo 4, Diablo Immortal and a new triple-A survival title, Blizzard Entertainment has some promising games in the works.
like that LinkedIn profile According to Blizzard Lead/Principal Game Designer Kristopher Howl, a previously unannounced first-person shooter with a PvP focus is also in the works.
In addition to leading the development of the hero shooter Overwatch 2, Howl has worked on the project for over three years.
His role has included managing level, UX, combat and system design, leading new level building technologies, aligning teams with the project’s vision, and designing gameplay systems.
It is unclear whether this is a completely new project or one based on an existing brand. A planned release date is also not known.
Possible candidates could be a mobile offshoot of Overwatch or the Starcraft shooter “Ares”, which was rumored to be discontinued in 2019.
