New Jersey City University is planning on raising tuition for students for the 2022-23 school year, and some students aren’t happy about being asked to shoulder more of the burden of funding the school. “As a student at NJCU, you see too often more money being asked to come out of pocket, but less resources,” said NJCU graduate student Ricky Cruz after a public hearing on the tuition increase Monday afternoon on campus.
