At the beginning of the week, we learned that Amy Hennig, known in particular for her work on Legacy of Kain but also and especially Uncharted, was working on a Star Wars game. Officially, the only information we have is that it is a narrative action adventure game, but new elements reach us today.

Project Ragtag rises from the ashes

It is through dual shockers that we learn that this new Star Wars game would be codenamed Project Walton. More interesting now, Project Walton is actually a revival of Project Ragtag, Visceral Games’ Star Wars game Hennig was working on, canceled in 2019 after the studio closed.

The game would therefore be in development again within Skydance New Media. It would take place in the era of the Rebel Alliance, the period in which the original trilogy of episodes IV, V and VI takes place.

Remember that many Star Wars games are currently in development at various studios. Ubisoft, Quantic Dream or Respawn Entertainment are working on the franchise in particular. We could also be entitled to new information on the games in preparation on the occasion of the star wars days May 4 and May 25.
