And of course it will be an action-adventure.

The Star Wars project Ragtag from Visceral Games never got to see the light of day, but now it seems that Unchartedauthor Amy Hennig will get her revenge. In a press release, we find out that the studio she heads, Skydance New Media, has entered into a partnership with Lucasarts Game to create a brand new Star Wars game.

We do not get a name for the game, let alone any actual pictures or videos. However, they say that it is an action-driven action adventure, so it could be the project that was whispered about in the middle of last year and which also includes Todd Stashwich, who also worked with Ragtag at Visceral Games.

If it’s the same project, it should be a core team of industry veterans working on it, and it was said to be a AAA project using Unreal Engine.

This is not the only high-profile project that Skydance New Media is working on, as they have previously announced that they are working on a Marvel game.
