On Tuesday afternoon, the Red Sox placed catcher Christian Vázquez and infielder Jonathan Araúz on the COVID-related IL. This comes a day after putting catcher Kevin Plawecki on the COVID-19 IL after he and two unnamed staff members tested positive.
