A woman who police in Newark say pepper sprayed and robbed another driver following a road rage incident Saturday has surrendered, authorities say. Tiffany A. Patterson, 36, of Irvington, stole the other driver’s purse, which contained $400 in cash as well as credit carts, AirPods and other personal items, Newark police said Tuesday. Patterson pepper sprayed the other woman in the area in the area of 14th Avenue and South 12th Street around 2 p.m Saturday.
