A fugitive was wanted on charges of stabbing a man to death over a fight about a stolen phone early Monday in New Brunswick, authorities said. Rogelio Lopez-Lopez, 55, was found by police suffering from multiple stab wounds near Delavan Street and Jersey Avenue around 3:35 a.m., according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone.
