COLUMBIA, S.C. — A second person has been arrested following the shooting at Columbiana Centre mall over the weekend, and the Columbia Police Department is searching for another man it called “armed and dangerous.” Marquise Love Robinson, a 20-year-old from Columbia, was charged with attempted murder, unlawful carrying of a pistol and nine counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, Police Chief Skip Holbrook said Monday at a news conference.
