The 5,000-piece/month production capacity of the second phase is under construction; at the same time, the second-phase production capacity of 20,000 pieces/month is also under construction.

Its chairman and general manager Yang Yunchun further stated that the production capacity of the Beijing factory in the second half of last year was 5,000 pieces per month, and the total output was more than 4,000 pieces. The production line started from scratch step by step, which requires a process.

Zhang Abin, the board secretary of Sai Microelectronics, said that the company’s MEMS production lines are all mixed-line production. On the one hand, different products are produced on the same production line; on the other hand, process development and wafer manufacturing are also on the same production line. simultaneously. The main reason for the low capacity utilization rate is that the scale growth rate of the wafer manufacturing business is lower than the growth rate of capacity addition, because even if the process development business is full of orders, it is difficult to significantly improve the utilization rate of the entire production line.

Regarding filter products, Yang Yunchun said that BAW and FBAR filters are currently in the process development and verification stage, and the development and verification of several products are in progress and are expected to be released this year.

Regarding the market situation, Zhang Abin said that the information fed back from the client indicates that the consumer electronics and automotive electronics industries as a whole have been affected and impacted by the epidemic, which will naturally be transmitted upward to the procurement and production arrangements for basic components.
